Welcoming a caregiver into your home is a significant decision built on trust. Our process provides a clear, supportive path to connect you with an exceptional nanny who fits your family's unique needs. We are here to offer expert guidance and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
The process begins when you reach out via phone or our online inquiry form. This first step allows us to understand your initial needs and schedule a time to speak in more detail.
Step 2: Family Consultation
We take time to understand your family's needs and values. Our team carefully screens and interviews each nanny, ensuring a thoughtful match based on experience, personality, and your preferences.
Step 3: Candidate Matching
We present you with a selection of highly qualified candidates from our network. Each individual is chosen because their experience, qualifications, and temperament align with the criteria discussed in your consultation.
Step 4: Candidate Interviews
We coordinate interviews at your convenience, either in person or digitally. This gives your family an opportunity to connect with each candidate and determine who feels like the best personal fit for your home.
Step 5: Trial Period
To ensure complete confidence, we arrange a trial period with your preferred candidate for up to one week. This step allows everyone to experience a daily routine together, confirming a comfortable and harmonious match.
Step 6: Finalizing Your Match
Once you have made your decision, we assist with the final steps to formalize the placement. We remain available to you as a resource, ensuring a successful and supported start with your new nanny.
Our caregivers are typically 21 years or older, ensuring they possess the maturity and experience needed to provide high-quality care.
Our doulas and newborn care specialists hold certifications in postpartum support, newborn care, lactation, sleep training, parent educator, how to work with multiples and more. Each caregiver is selected based on their expertise, experience, and commitment to family care.
Our nannies and caregivers have extensive experience in childcare, with verified backgrounds, Trustline Certified, glowing references, and relevant training in newborn care, early childhood development, and family support.
